Day 1 of the European Labour Mobility Congress 2026 will focus on the key tensions shaping labour mobility and the provision of services within today鈥檚 EU Single Market.
The plenary sessions will address, among others:
馃敼 the balance between effective enforcement and barriers to lawful service provision,
馃敼 the gap between political narratives and the legal and economic realities of intra-EU services,
馃敼 practical experiences showing how service provision and posting of workers function in practice across different sectors and Member States.
Designed as a space for informed and critical debate, Day 1 brings together policy perspectives, legal analysis and real-life experience - moving beyond simplified narratives and towards solutions grounded in facts.
