Participants of ELMC 2026 came to Warsaw from across Europe — and beyond.
Representatives of 17 countries took part in this year’s edition, bringing together a wide range of legal systems, professional experiences and perspectives:
Poland, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ukraine, Korea, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Serbia, Romania, Malta and Ghana.
Despite these differences, participants engaged in a shared discussion on one of the key challenges for today’s Europe — how to make labour mobility and cross-border service provision work effectively in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
This international exchange of perspectives is at the heart of the European Labour Mobility Congress.
