Beyond the sessions, workshops and policy discussions, the European Labour Mobility Congress is also about building connections between people representing different countries, sectors and perspectives.
Over two days in Warsaw, participants from across Europe — and beyond — exchanged experiences, discussed practical challenges and continued conversations long after the panels had ended.
Many valuable discussions started already in the registration area, continued during coffee breaks and carried on throughout the Congress venue — connecting experts, institutions, businesses and practitioners working on labour mobility and cross-border services across Europe.
ELMC 2026 brought together representatives of public institutions, academia, legal practice, business organisations and companies dealing with cross-border employment and service provision on a daily basis.
