Before we meet in Warsaw during the European Labour Mobility Congress 2026, we invite you to a practical online meeting devoted to the rules for posting workers to the Netherlands.
During the workshop, we will discuss step by step the key obligations and challenges related to the posting of workers – from basic notification requirements, through employment conditions, to more complex cases requiring full compliance with regulations.
This will be a practical webinar for anyone who wants to ensure compliance with the regulations on the posting of workers to the Netherlands. We will guide you step by step through the four levels of compliance: from basic and generally applicable regulations, through employee leasing by temporary employment agencies, to the posting of third-country nationals and complex practical cases. We will leave some time for a question and answer session.
