ELMI experts lead training on posting workers to Germany<\/h1>\r\n

Do you plan to send your people to Germany to do timely work? Are they expected to return to Poland after doing such work? Do you expect a “pill” of basic knowledge in this area? If you answered “3 x YES” to these questions – then the following training is for you!<\/p>\r\n

Our lawyers Marcin Kie\u0142basa<\/strong> and Karolina Ziemianin<\/strong>, ELMI experts in the field of posting of workers in the EU, join forces for the first time to introduce you to this topic in a short training course. The training will be condensed and practical. Please join us on 7 February<\/strong>, participation only online<\/strong>, as always on the Zoom platform.<\/p>\r\n

Topic<\/h2>\r\n

The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the basic principles of posting workers in the European Union, taking into account the practical aspects of sending workers to Germany. The meeting is aimed at entrepreneurs planning or starting to post employees to perform services in Germany.<\/p>\r\n

Programme<\/h1>\r\n
    \r\n
  1. Posting of workers in the European Union. What do you need to know about European labour law and the EU single market? Posting of workers and business travel.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Posting of workers and social security. A1 certificates (Article 12, Article 13, Article 16 of Regulation 883\/2004).<\/li>\r\n
  3. German legislation and the posting of workers.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Posting on the basis of Polish civil law contracts.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Posting of third-country nationals, e.g. Ukraine, to Germany.<\/li>\r\n
  6. German control in your company – examples of questions from the Zollamt.<\/li>\r\n
  7. Answers to your questions before the workshop.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Practical information<\/h2>\r\n

    The training will take place on Wednesday 7 February<\/strong> from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m<\/strong>. Participation only online as always on the zoom platform. We are waiting for applications until 31 January<\/strong>. Payment is a condition of participation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    The cost of participation in the training is 250 PLN net<\/strong> for Ordinary Members and employees of Supporting Members and 500 PLN net<\/strong> for non-members. Academics interested in the topic of employee secondment and public administration employees can attend free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
