The topic has also appeared in media briefings and further public discussions concerning the position of Polish companies within the EU Single Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the article, ELMI President <a href=\"http:\/\/labourinstitute.eu\/en\/about-us\/our-team\/\">Stefan Schwarz<\/a> points to the practical consequences of the current restrictions for companies carrying out projects in other Member States. As he explains, qualified third-country national workers have become essential for many Polish service providers due to labour shortages on the domestic market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, changes in the practices of regional authorities and consulates increasingly prevent companies from carrying out previously signed contracts.
