Der Europäische Kongress für Arbeitsmobilität – EKMP – ist die größte zyklische, nicht-kommerzielle Veranstaltung zur Entsendung und Mobilität von Arbeitnehmern sowie zur Dienstleistungsfreiheit innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
Der Kongress bietet die Gelegenheit, neues Wissen und praktische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, um wichtige rechtliche und geschäftliche Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Entsendung von Arbeitnehmern in EU-Länder zu lösen.
Die Kongressteilnehmer nehmen an Podiumsdiskussionen und praktischen Workshops teil, die von Experten aus ganz Europa zum Recht der Europäischen Union und zur Praxis der europäischen und nationalen Institutionen geleitet werden. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich daher an alle, die im Rahmen ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit mit der Dienstleistungsfreiheit zu tun haben und im Rahmen dieser Freiheit Mitarbeiter in andere EU-Länder entsenden. Kongress findet in Krakau statt. Dieses Jahr die 7. Ausgabe der EKMP fand vom 24. bis 25. April 2023 im ICE-Kongresszentrum statt und wurde von mehr als 350 Personen besucht.
