Her professional interests include, in particular, substantive and procedural civil law, contract law, corporate law and labor law, including European law. She is the author of legal publications relating to, among others, to taking evidence in a civil lawsuit and to liability for damages. The practical dimension of these issues is particularly important to her. In his research, he therefore takes into account aspects resulting from his legal practice, in which he advises entrepreneurs at the pre-trial and court stages.
