European Labour Mobility Congress – ELMC for short – is the largest cyclical, non-commercial event in Europe dedicated to the topics of posting of workers and freedom to provide services and worker mobility. The event is traditionally held in Krakow, Poland. The 7th edition of ELMC took place on April 24-25, 2023 at the ICE Congress Center. The event lasts two days and is attended by more than 350 people. Dozens of speakers from all over Europe share their views with the participants.
ELMC is a great opportunity to acquire new knowledge, draw inspiration and make valuable contacts. Participants will be treated to interesting panel discussions, practical workshops allowing them to improve their competence in specific areas of law. At the end of the first day there is an afterparty.
The event is addressed to all those who deal with the topic of posting workers under the freedom to provide services as part of their professional work.
Due to hard-to-predict constraints related to the COVID pandemic, the event was not held in 2020-2022.
