Topic

The aim of the training course is to familiarise participants with the basic rules on the posting of workers in the European Union, taking into account the practical aspects of sending workers to Germany.

Programme

  1. Posting of workers in the European Union. What do you need to know about European labour law and the EU single market? Posting of workers and business travel.
  2. Posting of workers and social security. A1 certificates (Article 12, Article 13, Article 16 of Regulation 883/2004).
  3. German legislation and the posting of workers.
  4. Posting on the basis of Polish civil law contracts.
  5. Posting of third-country nationals, e.g. Ukraine, to Germany.
  6. German control in your company – examples of questions from the Zollamt.
  7. Answers to your questions before the workshop.

For whom?

The training is aimed at entrepreneurs planning or starting to post employees to perform services in Germany.

The training will take place on Wednesday 7 February from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participation online only, as always on the zoom platform. We are waiting for applications until 31 January. Payment is a condition of participation.
