The European Institute for Labour Mobility invites you to a specialist warm-up event devoted to Dutch regulations on the posting of workers – the opening event in a series of substantive meetings preceding the European Labour Mobility Congress 2026.
The warm-up is an expert warm-up before the Congress and is aimed at entrepreneurs and labour mobility practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge in one of the most challenging areas of posting workers in the EU.
The meeting will focus on the Dutch posting system – from simple notification to full compliance with regulations, including information obligations, formal requirements, compliance risks and the most common mistakes made by companies providing services in the Netherlands.
The event is fee-based and will be led by David Wernsing, an expert who will also be a guest speaker at the European Labour Mobility Congress 2026, giving participants a unique opportunity to familiarise themselves with the topic and the speaker's approach in advance.
Participation in the warm-up is an opportunity to:
• organise your knowledge before the Congress,
• understand the practical aspects of Dutch regulations,
• prepare questions and issues for further discussion during the Congress,
• deepen your expertise in the area of compliance when posting workers.
