ELMI at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on the posting of third-country nationals

The European Labour Mobility Institute at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on the posting of third-country nationals

Stefan Schwarz, Dr Marek Benio and Dr Marcin Kiełbasa, together with a senior employment specialist from the Confederation Lewiatan Nadia Kurtieva, took part in a meeting with experts from the three Ministries held at the Chancellery of the Polish Prime Minister (KPRM). The meeting focused on obstacles to cross-border provision of services by service providers employing third-country nationals.

The participants analysed in detail the requirements of German law regarding the obtaining of visas for posted workers (Ukrainian citizens), as well as other obstacles to posting of workers, as presented by our experts (and included in our expert report previously sent over to the respective institutions). The pathways currently available in this regard were also discussed in great detail. We very much encourage you to keep a keen eye on our next steps in this regard.
