Workshops for posting practitioners

If you are involved in the posting of workers or the provision of services in the territory of other EU member states, you will find it useful to have the knowledge of professionals who have considerable experience in this matter. Posting Labs is a periodic workshop where we exchange practical experience.

Each meeting is devoted to one specific issue. Posting Lab takes the form of a moderated discussion preceded by an introduction prepared by one of our experts or an invited guest. Through the exchange of practical experience, we accumulate knowledge that we can then share.

We convert the conclusions of the workshop into concrete solutions for entrepreneurs, recommendations for administration and politicians.

We invite you to join us if you are involved in the posting of workers under the freedom to provide services in various professional roles. If you work for a company and apply for A1 or work for the Social Insurance Institution and issue A1 certificates, if you are preparing for a PIP inspection or conducting such inspections as a labor inspector, if you are calculating posting periods or vacation time of your employees or formulating an addendum to a contract for the time of going abroad, looking for the right collective bargaining agreement or mandatory elements of remuneration in another member state – We invite you: this workshop is for you.

Posting of workers trainings

If you are planning or starting to post workers to perform services in different EU member states, you are invited to join our posting of workers training courses, which are held in either beginner or advanced versions.

The training courses run by the ELMI team give you a concise overview of the subject, providing a ‘nutshell’ of knowledge on posting of workers.
