On June 5, 2025, the annual General Assembly of the Members of the European Labour Mobility Institute (ELMI) will take place in Krakow.
It is a key moment in the life of our association – a time for summarizing our activities, making joint decisions, and planning the future.
The agenda includes the approval of the annual report, elections of the governing bodies, an expert panel, and thematic group discussions designed to encourage experience sharing and dialogue.
After the official part, members are invited to an informal dinner and networking meeting.
Detailed materials and logistics are shared directly with members via email.
For members based outside Poland, we are also organizing an online summary meeting in English, scheduled for Monday, 9 June , 2025 at 10:00 (CET).
It will include a recap of key outcomes and a space to discuss the specific needs and expectations of our international members.
