ELMI experts lead training on posting workers to Germany
We would like to invite you to our second training course aimed at beginners on the subject of posting workers to Germany. Whether you are just planning to take such a step or are beginning your adventure with posting workers, our training will help you gain the necessary knowledge.
Experienced lawyers Marcin Kiełbasa and Karolina Ziemianin, ELMI experts on posting workers in the European Union, will lead this special meeting. It will be an opportunity to gain practical skills and understand the basic principles of posting workers to Germany. Join us on April 9, participation only online, as always - on the Zoom platform. Training will be conducted only in Polish.
Topic
The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the basic principles of posting workers in the European Union, taking into account the practical aspects of sending workers to Germany. The meeting is aimed at entrepreneurs planning or starting to post employees to perform services in Germany.
Programme
- Posting of workers in the European Union. What do you need to know about European labour law and the EU single market? Posting of workers and business travel.
- Posting of workers and social security. A1 certificates (Article 12, Article 13, Article 16 of Regulation 883/2004).
- German legislation and the posting of workers.
- Posting on the basis of Polish civil law contracts.
- Posting of third-country nationals, e.g. Ukraine, to Germany.
- German control in your company - examples of questions from the Zollamt.
- Answers to your questions before the workshop.
Practical information
The training will take place on Wednesday 9 April from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participation only online as always on the zoom platform. We are waiting for applications until 5 April. Payment is a condition of participation.
The cost of participation in the training is 250 PLN net for Ordinary Members and employees of Supporting Members and 500 PLN net for non-members. Academics interested in the topic of employee secondment and public administration employees can attend free of charge.
