ELMI is an association, a social organisation set up by a group of people with common goals.

Our activities are financed by membership fees and dues, donations and paid consultancy and training services.

ELMI's membership is made up of more than 100 people who are professionally involved in the posting of workers. They include representatives from academia, public administration, lawyers, entrepreneurs and employees of companies providing services in other member states. As supporting members, the ELMI also includes companies offering tax, HR or legal support, as well as small and large companies representing various sectors (temporary employment agencies, home care, construction, industry and others).

Our members appreciate in particular: access to reliable first-hand knowledge on the law governing the posting of workers and the cross-border provision of services activities to improve the applicable law and its proper interpretation effective intervention in cases of discrimination of Polish employers and their employees abroad analysis and legal opinions on difficult cases concerning the posting of workers cyclical workshops and conferences support provided on the basis of mutual trust between members valuable contacts developed through cyclical integration events

The ELMI statutes currently provide for two types of membership. Only natural persons may be Ordinary Members. The membership fee for Ordinary Members is PLN 1 142,50 net per month. An organisational unit without legal personality or a legal person may become a Supporting Member. In order to become a Supporting Member, an active recommendation of an Ordinary Member is required. Any enrolled employee of an organisation that is a Supporting Member may enjoy the benefits of membership. The monthly cost of Supporting Membership is based on an income of between PLN 850 and PLN 10,000.

It is sufficient to fill in a simple membership declaration. Membership of the Association is formally decided by the Board of Directors in the form of a resolution.
