Fabrizio Vittoria and Martin Enquist Källgren are the founders of Momentius Legal Public Affairs, a Swedish law firm primarily focusing on free movement of workers and services within EU. The presentation will go through changes in the Swedish tax law concerning the new concept of “employer” and its effects for foreign companies who are posting workers to Sweden. Fabrizio Vittoria is an EU lawyer with experience from law firms, EU institutions in Brussels and civil society. Fabrizio is an EU law expert and he is regularly working as independent legal consultant for the EU commission with internal market matters. Martin Enquist Källgren is a Swedish lawyer with experience as a legal representative within migration, union litigation and issues concerning the free movement of services. He is an expert in EU law with particular focus on the internal market.

Pracownia odbędzie się w formie webinarium na platformie Zoom w piątek 27 sierpnia w godzinach 11-13:00. Rejestracji można dokonać wysyłając mailowe zgłoszenie na adres iza.mastalerz@labourinstitute.eu lub przez formularz dostępny tutaj. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać imię i nazwisko uczestnika (uczestników), nazwę firmy/instytucji, adres mailowy i numer telefonu oraz dane do faktury (w przypadku płatnego uczestnictwa). Na zgłoszenia czekamy do 26 sierpnia 2021. Koszt udziału w webinarium dla Członków ELMI wynosi 300 zł netto/os., a dla osób spoza stowarzyszenia – 750 zł netto/os.
